Tried Troy Red Farm Krylon Spray Paint
Old to new tool boxes. Krylon spray cans seem to work for me. Tried Dupli-color, Rustoleum, other brands. The Krylon spray tips seem to work better for me. If you have an Ollies Discount near you they charge $2.99 per spray can and have multiple brands. This Krylon Farm can go anywhere from $5.99 to $16.99 for 1 can elsewhere! 3 old toolboxes and 2 are done. Cleaning the hardware with the Dremmel tool and used my pop-rivet gun to reassemble. The Porter Cable is a work in progress and the thrift store charged me $5.00! The Craftsman I got for $7.00 at a local thrift store. This Craftsman toolbox was pretty beat up with about 1/8 rust all over it and a lot of dents and damage. 220 grit and a mask goes here. So back to the paint, this Krylon Troy paint color reminds me of Ferrari Red. Thanks for looking…
